These terms cover every song you order at melodyofyou.com. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, email us and a person will answer.

Who we are
MelodyOfYou is run by UAB “Minderse”, company number 306238029, VAT LT100015812514, Laisvės al. 110, LT-44253 Kaunas, Lithuania (“we”, “us”). Payments are collected through a Stripe account of UAB “Crush”, our payment collection partner, so your card statement shows the charge as CRUSHAI* MELODYOFYOU.
The service
You answer a short questionnaire about the person the song is for. We use your answers to write lyrics with an AI language model and to create the music and vocals with an AI music model. No human songwriter or singer works on your song. How we use AI explains the steps.
Before you pay you hear a 90-second preview. After you pay you get the full song on a private web page you can play and share.
You must be 18 or older to order.
Prices and what each one includes
Prices are in US dollars and include everything; we add no fees. The price you see on the order page is the price you pay. The struck-through amounts are comparison values, explained below.

Comparison values: the $99 shown next to the song is our reference price for a custom song, not a price we have charged. The keepsake bundle’s $37 is the sum of its three parts sold one by one. An offer’s “value” is the sum of what it contains.
Paying, and the extras after payment
Each charge is a single payment. We never charge you again unless you tap a button that names the exact amount.
After your payment we may show you optional extras, one at a time. Each one is charged to the card you just used only when you tap its button, which states the price. “No thanks” is always one tap away and changes nothing.
Delivery
Your full song is delivered by email, with a link to its page, within 24 hours of payment. With 1-hour delivery it arrives within 1 hour. If we miss the time you paid for, we refund the delivery fee without you asking.
Extras that are made after payment (a third verse, a second genre, a cover from your photo) usually arrive within a few hours.
Your answers and what you may ask for
You confirm that what you share is true to the best of your knowledge and that you may share it, including details about the person the song is for. Please don’t include anything you would not want in a song: sensitive health, financial or identity details.
We do not make songs that are hateful, sexual, harassing, defamatory, or meant to hurt or deceive someone. The lyrics model leaves such requests out; we may refuse or refund an order that asks for them.
Your rights in the song
You may use your song for personal purposes: give it, play it, and share it with family and friends and on your personal social media. The Song License sets this out, including what is not included.
Our guarantee and refunds
If you are not happy, tell us within 30 days of payment: we remake the song once with your notes, or refund you in full. The Refund and Guarantee Policy explains how. Your rights under consumer law come on top of this.
Liability
We make the song with care, but AI output can contain mistakes, for example a name sung differently from how you say it. The remake and the refund are the fix. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you live elsewhere, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of where you live, and you may bring a claim where you live. Please write to us first: most problems are solved by email within a day.
