You hear a preview before you pay. If the finished song still isn't right, our 30-day guarantee covers you.

The short version

- Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually show them in 5 to 10 business days.
One remake, included
Every song includes one remake within 30 days. Use the “Request a remake” box on your song page and tell us what to change (a name, a detail, the mood). We make the song again with your notes and email you when it’s ready. You keep the first version too.
A full refund
Email us within 30 days of payment from the address you ordered with, or mention it in a remake request. We refund the song and any extras from that order in full. You may ask for a refund after a remake too.
If we miss the delivery time you paid for (1-hour delivery), we refund that fee without you asking.
Extras bought after payment
Each extra is its own charge and can be refunded on its own within the same 30 days, for example if you tapped one by mistake.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. We answer within one business day and refund faster than a bank dispute does. The charge appears on your statement as CRUSHAI* MELODYOFYOU.
