Fake Vector

I think this is pretty cool. It doesn't look as good as a real vector but it's really quick and pretty neat. Some people prefer it over a real vector. I don't though.

Here's an example:
 

1) Open PS and paste your image.
2) Go to Layer>> Duplicate Layer.
3) Go to Filter>> Artistic>> Cutout. 4) Set No. of Levels to 4, Edge Simplicity to 4, Edge Fidelity to 2 and click OK.
5) Go to your layer window and in the drop down menu select Normal (if it doesn't already say that) and set your layer opacity (for the layer copy) to 68%. It doesn't have to be 68, whatever you like, I prefer 68.
6) Go to Layer>> Flatten Image and save your image!
