The Designer

I'm Skylar, or, if you prefer, Sky. I'm a junior in high school. Music is my obsession. I enjoy singing and take voice lessons, as well as perform in the pit (mallets, xylo, marimba) in the marching band, and play triples in the steel drum band. I'm outgoing, and easy to get along with and you usually won't find me without a smile on my face.

3D Text

1) Open a new image and make it whatever color and size you want, but make sure it's big enough for whatever you're typing to fit.
2) Click the text tool,

, click on the image, and type whatever you want your 3D text to say.
3) Near the bottom there should be an option to make it vector, selection, or floating. Select floating and click okay.
4) While your text is selected go to effects>> 3D effects>> inner bevel.
5) From there just play around with the numbers and settings until you find something you like and click okay. I used:

6) Your text should still be selected so push CTRL+D to deselect it then save it. Your finished! :)
