I'm Skylar, or, if you prefer, Sky. I'm a junior in high school. Music is my obsession. I enjoy singing and take voice lessons, as well as perform in the pit (mallets, xylo, marimba) in the marching band, and play triples in the steel drum band. Last night I tried to work on the phpBB forum and edit the theme, but I'm having a lot of problems with it. It's not as easy as you'd think. Or maybe I'm just dumber than I realize. But if anybody could help with that, that'd be GREAT. Also, I'm working on visitor content. I may remove the graphics section, 'cause most people make their own. But I'm definitely keeping the tutorials and adding more.
Prom is this weekend! I'm excited. I wasn't before, but I'm getting excited now. Aw, and my boyfriend Andy is sooo sweet. Yesterday I was getting in my car and I accidently sat my text book down on my favorite Kelly Clarkson CD and broke it. Now, I'm not really a Kelly Clarkson fan, but I love her first CD. Anyways, he got to school this morning and he had bought me the CD that i broke. =] He's cute. So prom will be fun. Aside from his inability to dance. He's a horrible dancer. =] But he's got some of this own little moves. They're pretty embarrassing... "Putt-Putt"... "The Shopping Cart"... "The Bus Driver"... Yeah. I'm sure you can imagine those would be embarrassing. But that's okay, right?

I REALLY Hate 5th Period

So I'm in 5th period... AGAIN. But just one more after today... hopefully.
Anyways, since prom is this weekend we got to do the drunk driving thing today. You get these goggles that make it look like you're drunk and you drive a golf cart and try not to knock over cones. Using the day vision goggles I didn't knock over any but using the night visions I knocked over three, which wasn't bad compared to Preston's eight cones. Also, they have you put on the night goggles and walk a straight line. It wasn't so much the fact that the goggles made you dizzy that made it difficult, but more the fact that with the goggles on, although you're actually standing on the line, it looks like you're about three steps off the line. I did really good in this because I realized it before I began walking so I made sure to stay three steps off of the line.
I've got such a bad headache. I'm really hungry. But I never feel like eating at school because the school's lunch is never really that good. But I'm sure it's really good compared to most schools. I'll admit, our school has a good cafeteria. I'm just not too big on cafeteria food. Maybe I'm a little picky.
I wish that I could find the time at home to work on the website. It's not much fun at school since I can't really do anything. Anyways, anybody has any suggestions of what I should add next (aside from the forum, which I am still working on) then please let me know and I'll get right to it.

5th Period Sucks

I hate 5th period. Do any other schools do this? I have to either stay after school or come before school to make up excessive absences. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The whole school system is dumb. And every website I wanna go to gets blocked. I can't even go to king.com to play games on the computer. How stupid. I can't even visit any forums.
I. hate. fifth. period.
Also, I'm having stupid problems with dumb prom. Prom is stupid. Oh, but my dress is gorgeous! But still, prom is stupid. And everybody makes a big deal out of it. Including me. And it's this stupid weekend.
I wish I could go home instead of being in this stupid classroom. I wish I could atleast listen to some music or something. What am I supposed to do in here? This is ridiculous. I hate it. I hate 5th period.
